Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and destination.

Typical delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Spora LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify our customer support team. We will do our best to assist with carrier claims when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times and customs processing may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Spora LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
